We had a great time at Arthur River and the accomodations were fantastic. Great location, nice access to the ocean, and a comfortable apartment with all the modern amenities. Very nice place to stay and would highly recommend it.
Arthur River was great; we drove quite a bit around Tasmania from Stanley all the way through Arthur River and around to Dismal Swamp and back up to Devenport. Stanley is a must-see, and dinner at the Stanley Hotel was fantastic for local fish. Dismal Swamp is worth seeing, and driving along the un-sealed roads, while a bit nerve-wracking, allowed for some beauty scenery and vistas of the natural surroundings.
