The people at reception and resturant were great !!!!! it was the room service and restaurant that lacked. Going tothe footy on a freezing cold day decied to leave the heater on for the kids sake. Cleaner turned it of and opened every single window in our apartment. Also the kids pizzas were frozen in the middle and my steak was red raw. Few other things aswell the adventure so called playground pffff more like a wooden swing and see saw !!! a fair bit of false advertising i think.
